| Irving Oil Ltd. required training for their users on their new Documentum Document Management System as well as ongoing technical and operational support. Sound Foundation developed and conducted a Train the Trainer program for 5-10 Irving Oil resources and a support program operating five days a week during office hours. SF is responsible for all support, centring around IOL's Document Management System. | ||
